Repairs were done ahead of projected completion date

January 18, 2019 I am very impressed with the service and professionalism at Pearl City Auto Works. Keoki, Shay, and the team are very cordial and take the time to thoroughly explain (so that I can understand) what services were performed on my car. The work was efficiently completed within a short period of time. I especially appreciate the written report complete with pictures that was emailed to me; it's like a doctor's report of my car! One area to improve (if possible), when I asked about whether or not my brakes needed to be changed (as was suggested by another repair company), perhaps information about how many more miles are estimated before the brake pads would need to be changed could be included. MAHALO!

They did a really good job on our 2007 Highlander which needed to have the alternator replaced and also at the same time change the drive belts. They are truly first rate mechanics.

Excellent customer service. I went online to schedule an appointment for safety check and oil change. Received a message acknowledging my request, and the date I chose was available. The day before my appointment, I got a personal phone call reminding me. Work was completed in a timely manner (less than an hour)...and with a smile. Friendly, personable, helpful.

As usually, they did an excellent job of repair at a reasonable price and my car was back on the road again. A great place and a great bunch of people who go out of their way to provide excellent service. None better!!!
