Always a good experience with Erin at PCAW! We got the good news (replaced leaking coolant overflow tank under warranty) and the bad news (sorry, the transmission problem is INSIDE the transmission). They concurred with the decision to NOT fix the transmission; it's time for a new car.Their honesty about our cars' service needs sure beats that of the the usual auto service place!

I absolutely love this place. I rarely feel comfortable in a auto body place but I do here. The staff are super friendly and their prices are very competitive with there places on island. I will only to here for all of my car care needs.
