Pearl City Auto Works is the best here in Hawaii and I would recommend them any day of the week. My experience is that they are the best at communicating with customers about what’s happening with their vehicle. They were fair and honest about my repair and how long it would take, and they even shared with me recommendations of future repairs to consider. I know of no other shop that will give a loaner vehicle (if available) until your car is repaired easing the burden and stress of finding back up transportation. You can tell how good they are when they are backed up with work to do. They are the only shop I will go to for all of my repairs.
